CUSTOM NEW HOMES
Designing a new custom home with our team is a unique and collaborative experience that is highly individualized for every person and family. Throughout the process we look at everything from how you use your current home to how you imagine yourself feeling in each room of your new home. A core principle at Solstice Design Build is thinking holistically about each space and prioritizing functionality and performance, as well as the design elements that make the home a place where you will enjoy spending your time for years to come.
HOUSING & COMMERCIAL
We bring the same level of care and ingenuity to our housing, mixed-use and small commercial projects. We enjoy working on ‘missing middle’ and community-driven housing and creative commercial spaces, and work with our clients to navigate entitlement and preliminary approvals, design and permitting in multiple states and jurisdictions.
RENOVATIONS
Renovations require extra care and coordination and often come with surprises hidden in the walls once construction begins. We enjoy the process of bringing new life and character into an old structure. We limit the number of renovation projects we take on because of the resources and attention they require.
